Farleigh Hospice is a high-performing organisation providing specialist palliative and end-of-life care for people with life-limiting illness in the Mid-Essex region. Our team at Farleigh has grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of the community we serve, and we are currently recruiting for an excellent and experienced administrator who will play an essential part of the Corporate Administration team, working for 2-2.5 days per week (15-18 hours). 

 

As a Corporate Administrator, you will be a people facing person who will enjoy talking to and helping others. Tasks include general team administration, answering and directing calls, responding to queries (in person and over the phone/email), shared inbox management, database administration, purchasing and procurement, invoicing, reporting, audits, postal and stationery services.  You will provide assistance with some cover on the reception desk where you will be taking payments, welcoming visitors and supporting the reception volunteers as and when required.

 

You will play a vital role in supporting our volunteer services where you will administer the recruitment of volunteers, input volunteer data, support team managers, run reports and provide assistance over the phone, via email and in person.   Your organisation and administration skills will also be used to support the Corporate Services Director with ad-hoc research and project work.

We are looking for a part time member of the team who will form part of a job share, working either over two full days or two full days and one half day per week.  Please note the salary listed is pro rata.
