IT Apprentice - Service Desk

Farleigh Hospice is a high-performing organisation providing specialist palliative and end of life care for people with life limiting illness in the Mid Essex region.

Are you ready to start an exciting career in IT? Farleigh Hospice has an amazing opportunity for an IT apprentice to join Deliver Digital, an exciting new venture offering IT support services to both internal and external customers.

We are seeking a passionate individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and providing a professional and supportive journey for our customers. You will be fully supported throughout the period of your IT Apprenticeship, with dedicated time given to complete module and coursework. You will have great written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team with a can-do attitude.

We are highly passionate about the causes we support and we constantly seek personal and professional development opportunities for our staff. You will be supported in your role by a strong leadership and management team who will motivate, guide, support, inspire and invest in you to deliver your best for Deliver Digital and Farleigh Hospice.
