Farleigh Hospice is a high performing organisation providing specialist palliative and end of life care for people with life limiting illness in the Mid Essex region. Our team at Farleigh has grown and evolved to meet the changings needs of the community we serve and we are looking for highly motivated individual to join our Rapid Access to End of Life Care team.  

 

As an Administrator you will provide support with SystmOne data, administrative support for team members and tasks associated with the transfer of a patient from one environment to another.  

 

You will be a confident, caring, supportive and responsible person, motivated, dynamic with a ‘can do’ attitude. 

 

You will be skilled in Administrative duties, as well as have knowledge around Microsoft packages, Health Systems such as SystmOne, and have the ability to be flexible in working.
