Farleigh Hospice is a high performing organisation providing specialist palliative and end of life care for people with life limiting illness in the Mid Essex region. 

 

Our team at Farleigh has grown and evolved to meet the changings needs of the community we serve and we are looking for highly motivated Trainee Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Community team.  

 

Are you a motivated, forward thinking, talented individual interested in delivering excellent specialist palliative care within a multidisciplinary team to patients and their families within mid Essex?  

 

Farleigh Hospice is the leading specialist palliative care provider in mid Essex, providing specialist support to patients and their families in both the community via our multidisciplinary locality care teams, and our inpatient unit.   

 

We are now looking for skilled registered nurses who are interested in developing in-depth palliative care skills to be the  Community Clinical Nurse Specialists of the future. This exciting new program is a 2-year training plan which once successfully completed will transition to a CNS role. Covering in-depth holistic assessments, complex symptom management, collaboration with the local and wider MDT, psychosocial and spiritual care and advance care planning you will develop the skill set to work autonomously in the provision of expert palliative care.

This post involves working on a 7-day week rota.
