Farleigh Hospice has been supporting people living with a life-limiting illnesses, palliative and end-of-life care and their families across mid Essex for more than 40 years. We are proud to provide compassionate care and support to over 5,000 people every year, but we can only continue this vital work with the generosity of our community and the income we generate.

We are now seeking an exceptional Director of Income Generation to join our Executive Team and play a critical role in securing the future sustainability of our hospice.

You will bring:

• a clear strategic vision

• an innovative mindset

• a proven track record of generating significant income

You will have:

• Proven track record of senior leadership in income generation, fundraising, retail, or commercial development.

• Experience of setting and achieving ambitious income targets in a complex, multi-stream environment.

• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate vision into action.

• Demonstrable success in building and sustaining effective relationships with stakeholders, donors, and partners.

• Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
